Neo is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that generates short-form video clips from long-form content. The service includes automated clip selection, video rendering, captioning, and optional social media posting.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Neo.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One person or entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

• You retain full ownership of all content you submit and clips generated from it.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, clip, and distribute any content you submit.
• Neo does not claim ownership of your content or generated clips.
• By using our social media posting features, you authorize Neo to upload content to your connected accounts on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not own or have rights to use.
• Use the service to create or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform.
• Share your account credentials or API keys with others.
• Exceed your plan's credit allocation through automated means.

• Neo operates on a credit-based system. Each video processed consumes credits.
• Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of your billing cycle (for subscriptions).
• Pricing and credit allocations may change with 30 days notice.
• Failed jobs due to platform errors will not consume credits.

• Connecting your TikTok or Instagram account grants Neo permission to post content on your behalf when you enable auto-posting.
• You can revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting your account.
• Neo is not responsible for content policy violations on third-party platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's and Instagram's community guidelines.
• Neo does not guarantee posting success. Platform API changes, rate limits, or token expiry may cause posting failures.

• When you connect a YouTube channel for monitoring, Neo will periodically check for new uploads and automatically process them.
• Automated processing consumes credits from your account.
• You can pause or remove monitored sources at any time.

Neo is provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, processing errors, or third-party API failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
